. Continuously review the S&OP process to ensure it suits business needs and is up to date with best practices

. 2 to 3 years of experience in demand planning, or forecasting role
. Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
. Solid understanding of inventory management
. Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
