We currently have an opportunity available for a “Financial Analyst and Reporting” to join our Finance Team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, refining, and tracking revenue and expense reporting to ensure accuracy, accountability other Controller-type functions in support of the business. The ideal candidate possesses superior organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task. The candidate must also demonstrate strong independent reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the capability to think and act proactively. The Financial Analyst will work with various internal departments on a regular basis. This position reports directly to the FP&A manager

Responsibilities
. • Ensures that established financial controls are adhered to in the performance.
. • Assists business leaders in the processing, tracking and management of expenses.
. • Responds to inquiries made by senior management.
. • Analyzes, justifies, and interprets data to create suggestions for improvement.
. • Assists on special projects as requested.
. • Preparation of monthly and quarterly departmental revenue and expense tracking reports;
. • Assist in tracking performance against budgets and business plans and recommend modifications as appropriate;
. • Assist in creating and updating financial reports that are distributed to senior leadership;
. • Assists with special projects as assigned; Ad hoc reporting as necessary, including excel modeling, management reporting dashboards, etc.
. Requirements
. • Bachelor/ Master degree in MBA, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
. • Must be a pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have excellent time management skills.
. • Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to nested formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions (no SQL or VBA knowledge required).
. • Must be able to analyze reports or data.
. • Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable interacting with senior executives.
. • Knowledge of e-commerce industry is preferred.
. • Basic understanding of accounting.
