. Analyzing the recruitment performance, cost per hire, time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements.
. Analyzing previous branding initiatives of the company and helping optimize the future ones.
. Innovating new ways to increase open positions conversion rate.
. Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
. Taking action in implementing an on-Boarding program for new employees.

. Relevant Bachelor's or higher degree.
