Manage recruitment and selection process both internal and external
. Assist in creating a job description
. Conduct different types of interviews such as competency-based
. Maintain candidate database
. Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media, job websites, LinkedIn, etc.
. Screen candidates resume and job applications
. Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
. Follow up on the interview process status
. Design and send rejection/offer letter
. Keep database updated
. Collaborate with hiring managers to execute effective hiring process
. Create an analytical report on recruitment to improve the process
