. ● Planning, monitoring, and negotiating bargaining agreements and helping interpret labor contracts.

. ● Planning and improving the service process of the operation team.
. ● Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
